The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (one with kingsize bed, second 2 with single beds), a bathroom with shower and toilet, combined living dining kitchen area, suits max. 4 guests, has 700 sqft living space and is in the souterrain level with a small outside terrace. This apartment is located in our new built house (2015), just in the neighborhood of our cottage in the Ayinger Strasse 18. We are a smoke-free and pet-free location.
